Professional Alarm Monitoring Specialist

At MSCCN, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Professional Alarm Monitoring Representative to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security alarms, verifying access control activity, and providing exceptional customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor security alarm systems, CCTV, and fire monitoring alarms, and respond to alarms or activations, following all operational procedural standards and protocol.
- Verify and confirm access control activity.
- Respond to alarms, dispatch police, fire, or other emergency personnel as required.
- Support technical personnel in the field, through testing and programming systems in the field.
- Provide the highest level of customer service support, via phone and email, to those we provide service.
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferably handling multi-phone lines.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Strong PC skills, data entry skills, and typing ability (40 wpm or better).
- Ability to multitask, including talking and typing simultaneously.
- Dexterity to use computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively while working with others activity around you.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to work well under stressful conditions and follow operational procedures.
- The company has strict attendance policy.
- Long-term employment history with current employer is desirable.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Sheriff License.
- Ability to pass a strict drug and background check.
