Position: Warehouse Worker / Distribution Technician
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of conversion based on performance and business requirements)
Job Type: Contract
Work Environment: Onsite
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Key Responsibilities- Manage and document all material movements, ensuring updates in the Oracle system.
- Organize incoming and outgoing materials, including finished goods, raw materials, and supplies, in designated staging and storage areas.
- Prepare shipments for various transportation methods, including LTL, TL, ocean, rail, and air freight.
- Inspect receipts to confirm that products are undamaged and accurately recorded.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of materials during loading and unloading processes.
- Ensure that the warehouse is safe, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Generate and organize shipping documents as per order requirements.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in staging processes, conducting cycle counts, and packing orders for shipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in staging, storing, and tracking materials, including raw materials and finished goods.
- Familiarity with staging processes, cycle counts, and order packing for shipment.
- Ability to verify receipts and maintain accurate records of products.
- Skill in preserving the quality and integrity of materials during handling.
- Experience in generating and organizing shipping documentation.
