Position Overview
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting a diverse group of children aged 0-6 years in a Montessori setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
- Delivering personalized instruction through individual and small-group lessons.
- Observing and assessing children's progress to tailor your approach to their unique needs.

Key Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience working with young children.
- Completion of at least 90 hours of pre-service training or a willingness to obtain it prior to starting.
