Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum to foster social, physical, verbal, and cognitive development in children
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
  • Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for children and families
  • Contribute to the success of our center by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain)
