We are seeking a talented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Auffenberg Dealer Group. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to help them meet their insurance needs. This includes conducting soft sell interactions to save clients money on their current policy and guiding them through available options.

Salary and Perks

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000+, with a combination of hourly rate and commission-based earnings. Main Job Duties
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Reach out to clients via cold calling and direct mail to discuss their insurance needs and future requirements
  • Process and deliver policy proceeds following claim approval
  • Collaborate with Insurance Adjusters to manage the claim lifecycle
  • Clearly explain policy specifics to enable clients to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Support underwriting approval processes
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Follow up with clients post-initial meetings to ensure satisfaction
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly phone demeanor, and the ability to break down complex information into easily understandable concepts.
