Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care, working under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and comfort of our patients during dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record patient statistics, including vital signs and laboratory results
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
