Senior Medication Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medication Technician to join our team at The Bridge at Alamosa. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medication services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Monitor and report any medication errors or discrepancies
- Provide excellent care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless medication delivery and management
- Document medication administration and any issues in our electronic health record
- Current certification as a Medication Technician or Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in senior services, preferably in a medication administration role
- CPR certification
