Job Description
  • Support Customer Experience: In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions with customers, and making introductions to bankers as needed.
  • Operational Activities: You will also be responsible for completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of customer service and issue resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through training, military experience, or education. Additionally, you will need to be able to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues.

You will also need to be able to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options. Other key skills include being well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
