The Staff Pad is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team in Helena, MT.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to support our clinical operations. As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for and attend team meetings, delegating tasks to appropriate team members as needed
  • Identify clinical needs proactively by reviewing quality reports and communicating with the team
  • Collaborate with the team to develop priorities and patient goals
  • Assess screening needs and update health maintenance records
  • Manage referrals and answer calls in real-time when possible
  • Complete Annual Wellness Visits under the supervision of the provider
  • Participate in patient education and goal setting
  • Evaluate clinic quality compliance and maintain outdated checklists
  • Assume responsibility for ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
  • Act as a preceptor to new staff and orient them to the clinics

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably overseeing unit operations
  • Current Montana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certification and re-certification every two years
