We are seeking a compassionate and caring Home Health CNA to join our team at Freedom in Home Services. As a Home Health CNA, you will provide individualized one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, skincare, dressing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, incontinence care, and ambulation.
  • Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and run errands/shopping as needed.
  • Remind patients to take medication and assist with ambulation/safe transfer techniques and range of motion.
  • Document observations and cares provided to patients accurately and according to agency policies.
  • Report any changes in the patient's physical, mental, or emotional condition or home situation to a RN.
Requirements
  • Current CNA license
  • Current CPR license
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Appropriate automobile insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Bondable and pass required background checks
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and caring in nature
  • High moral standards of honesty and integrity
  • Friendly, courteous, tolerant of other's lifestyles
  • Ability to work independently in a home setting
