Millwright Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Millwright Foreman to join our team at TransForce. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team of millwrights and ensuring the safety and quality of millwright work performed at our assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Millwright Crews: Oversee the work of a team of millwrights, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure Safety and Quality: Verify that all work is performed in accordance with company safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate Equipment and Resources: Organize and manage the use of equipment and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with Clients and Stakeholders: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and Maintain a High-Performing Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, and develop and maintain a high-performing team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
- Experience and Education: A minimum of two to five years of experience in the construction or industrial field, with some management experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds on a routine basis, and to climb ladders and stairways regularly throughout the work shift.
