Key Responsibilities:

The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for supporting corporate governance and compliance through various tasks:

  • Preparing meeting materials and documents for board and shareholder meetings.
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes, and certifications.
  • Assisting with SEC filings, including periodic reports and proxy statements.
  • Managing corporate entity documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing support for quarterly dividend payments and other corporate transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files for all corporate entities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of four-year college degree; paralegal certificate and/or relevant work experience are strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years related Paralegal experience; minimum ten years public company and securities experience.
