Job Summary:
ECPI University is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Radiography professional to join our faculty team. As a faculty member, you will provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver course materials, including lesson plans and assessments, to ensure students meet learning objectives.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students, including academic advising and career guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and ECPI University's mission.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback, using data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- Current registration in radiography (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or equivalent (i.e., unrestricted state license for Virginia).
- 2 years of documented clinical experience in the professional discipline.
- Proficiency in course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
