Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Description:

A Clinical Liaison serves as an advocate for patients during the pre-admission process. You will work with all clinical teams and groups in evaluating both current and potential patients' statuses and medical needs.

  • You will be responsible for performing clinical assessments of referred patients and counseling with patient's families to assist them in making the best care decisions for their loved one.
  • You will partner with hospital case managers to create smooth patient transfer processes and help remove payer-related and operational barriers to getting appropriate patients into this highly effective level of care.

  • Minimum requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License.
