About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MDS Nurse to join our team at Otterbein SeniorLife. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, ensuring high-quality care planning and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate MDS development, completion, and transmission in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Review and manage reimbursement processes to ensure accurate billing
  • Case manage care plans, including rehabilitative programs, to meet individual resident needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Current Ohio RN license required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MDS nursing in long-term care or post-acute environments
