Position Overview: This role is essential for delivering engineering expertise and technical marketing support to the fastening and protection product divisions, sales teams, and key personnel at Hilti, as well as to our valued customers, including engineers and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct engineering assistance to fastening and protection product divisions.
- Support sales teams and Hilti customers by leveraging in-depth product knowledge, fundamental engineering principles, and construction methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and software for effective market communication.
- Design and conduct engineering training sessions, covering relevant engineering concepts for field engineers and technical support staff.
- Collaborate with product divisions to create and disseminate technical and engineering literature, addressing the needs of Hilti customers.
- Ensure the acquisition of new product approvals and the maintenance of existing ones from national and regional building code authorities.
- Explore new applications for installation product lines, guided by insights from sales teams and product divisions, while initiating necessary testing plans.
- Assist in formulating and coordinating internal and external product testing protocols in line with industry standards.
- Monitor product feedback and collaborate with quality assurance teams to address product deficiencies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in engineering or a related technical field, or a Master's or PhD in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Willingness to travel (10% to 15%).
