Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Credentialing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date credentialing records for our healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate provider credentials, including medical licenses, certifications, and malpractice insurance
  • Initiate and manage the credentialing process for new and existing providers
  • Coordinate with facilities and departments to obtain required documentation
  • Manage and maintain electronic and paper-based files
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in healthcare credentialing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
