Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required, with preference given to a Master's of Business Administration.
  • 10-15 years' work experience in the hospitality/casino business, with demonstration of executive competencies, including EBITDA responsibilities, decision making, strategic thinking, ability to influence, vision and alignment, exceptional motivation skills, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Eight to ten years of experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurate financial information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Kronos (timekeeping software) and Paramount (purchasing software).
Working Conditions

Duties are performed in a professional office environment. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel is expected.
