About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to join our team at Dunkin'. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and develop employees to ensure a high-performing team

  • Execute marketing promotions and new product roll-outs to drive sales and revenue

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Math and financial management skills
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
