Electrocardiography Instructor

Lone Star College is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Electrocardiography courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology education and the ability to create engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses, including Electrocardiography, and will be expected to submit required college reports and forms in a timely manner. Additionally, the candidate will be required to maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to academic excellence, exceptional service, and providing a dynamic climate for life-long learning. They will also have the ability to use effective strategies to engage students in their learning and will be able to appreciate alternative viewpoints and work effectively with a wide variety of people.

The work is sedentary, and the employee will be required to sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, or driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
