Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate the production process flow.
- Assist in the training of plant personnel.
- Promote overall morale and safety at the facility.
- Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues as they arise.
- Support production data entry and review reports.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Collaborate with Production Management to address team partner concerns.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required
- Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or training preferred
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required
- Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries.
- Basic math skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
