Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and facilitate the production process flow.
  • Assist in the training of plant personnel.
  • Promote overall morale and safety at the facility.
  • Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues as they arise.
  • Support production data entry and review reports.
  • Assist in inventory management.
  • Collaborate with Production Management to address team partner concerns.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required
  • Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or training preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required
  • Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries.
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
