We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our 2nd shift team at Gauthier Biomedical Inc. in Grafton, WI. As a manufacturing associate, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art equipment and technology in a brand new, air-conditioned building.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CNC machines and perform metal fabrication tasks
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Participate in quality control and assurance processes to ensure high-quality products
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
- Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, and optional overtime on Fridays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
