Job Summary

Cornerstone Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming, to the highest standards.
  • Linens and Amenities: Change linens, towels, and amenities as needed to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for our guests.
  • Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks as necessary to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel rooms.
  • Supply Management: Store, maintain, and transport the cleaning supplies cart daily to ensure all necessary cleaning materials are available.
  • Waste Management: Eliminate garbage and recyclable materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Work Schedule: Maintain a high level of responsibility in adhering to work schedules and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
