We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inshop Sandwich Team Member to join our team at Jimmy John's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality sandwiches, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve sandwiches to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, and use hands to perform tasks
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
