Job Title: Credit Union Branch Supervisor
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Branch Supervisor to join our team at Mass Bay Credit Union. This is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional member service.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction, guidance, and training to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality member service.
- Branch Operations: Supervise daily branch activities, including account transactions, loan applications, and new accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve complex member issues and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Staff Management: Manage staff schedules, coordinate work activities, and make decisions consistent with credit union policies and procedures.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with members, staff, and management regarding account inquiries, questions, or concerns.
- Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a member services department or branch office of a credit union or financial institution, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, extensive knowledge of credit union products and services, and ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and external regulations.
