Company Overview:

Bristol Mountain, a leading ski resort in the region, is seeking an experienced and friendly individual to join its Winter Operations team as a Mountain Lift Attendant.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our chairlifts, providing exceptional service to guests, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Salary: $15.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

As a Mountain Lift Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting guests with loading and unloading from the lift, conducting regular safety inspections, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

You will also be required to check tickets and season passes for validity, verify guest equipment compliance, and maintain the loading area of the lifts.

Additionally, you will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
