We are seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care to patients in a variety of settings
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental well-being, tracking vital signs and documenting health concerns
  • Perform intakes of residents, documenting their health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts of residents
  • Administer and verify medications, as well as maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Help medical staff with orientation and training
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience (LPN or related role)
