About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge RN Cardiac Care to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a Charge RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma.
