Position Title:

Nursing Assistant

Role Overview:

Support basic patient care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Ensure a tranquil environment, observe patient conditions, and assist with activities as outlined in the care plan.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to: Director of Nursing

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to think critically, exercise judgment, and work independently
  • AZ Nursing Assistant Certification required upon hire
