Key Responsibilities:
• Manage pipeline study and engineering design projects from conception to completion.
• Lead the preparation of design documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates of probable costs.
• Prepare permit applications for local, state, and federal agency approval, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor project performance, including client satisfaction, project schedule, and budget, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend client and agency meetings to present proposed designs, answer questions, and coordinate work.
• Provide technical guidance, quality control reviews, and mentoring to project team members.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and agreements, including project approach, staffing, and fee development.
• Develop and enhance client relationships and business growth opportunities.

Requirements:
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.
• Member of professional and technical societies.
• 8+ years of related experience in the management of water and wastewater projects.
• Strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare design plans and specifications, write reports, and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
