Job Title: Bartender About the Role: At Main Event Entertainment, we're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, pouring beer, and serving great food to our guests. You'll create a welcoming environment and provide timely service, making every guest feel valued and entertained. Key Responsibilities: • Uphold our high standards of cleanliness and safety • Engage with guests, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences • Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy • Showcase your knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guests' needs • Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies • Process payment transactions and welcome guests back Requirements: • 6 months of bartending experience • Guest-focused mindset • Teamwork is essential • 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required • Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends Perks and Benefits: At Main Event Entertainment, we value our Team Members and offer a range of benefits to support their well-being and career growth.
