We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at the Range Cafe. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

• Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay up-to-date with new and innovative drink trends and techniques.

• 2 years' experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
• Ability to pass bar validation and maintain a thorough knowledge of drink recipes and preparation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
