Position: Clubhouse Specialist 2 - Full Time
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Compensation: $20.34 per hour
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Role Summary:The Clubhouse Specialist 2 is responsible for cultivating and maintaining employment connections between clients and local employers. This role involves providing access to various employment, job training, and educational resources. Key responsibilities include:
- Offering vocational guidance and support.
- Facilitating job development and placement.
- Educating employers about the benefits of inclusive hiring.
- Managing customer relations effectively.
We encourage individuals with experience in human services, direct care, recovery, and day programs to apply.
Qualifications:- High School diploma or GED with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience working with the mental health population.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with accounting software, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
