Job Description

Bosch Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to support its production technician team, value stream, and spare parts crib. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining efficient coordination of TPM activities, ensuring a mature TPM system, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Possesses advanced knowledge of spare parts and PM systems, including spare part setup, PM schedules, and stock level optimization.
  • Leads a highly effective PM program by managing PM schedules, considering TEF3 resources and skill levels, value stream PM windows, and equipment needs.
  • Monitors PM completion, escalates overdue PMs, and adjusts PM standards or frequency to ensure high equipment utilization rates.
  • Supports implementation of a highly mature TPM structure with a focus on continuous improvement, planned maintenance, and competence development.
  • Supports value streams with launch and management of Autonomous Maintenance.
  • Leads the team in data collection and transparency for critical KPIs: OEE %, technical availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
  • Has a demonstrated knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, graph/table creation, and other business tools.
  • Develops and deploys improvement strategies under minimal supervision.
  • Follows BPS (Lean Production) guidelines and improves BPS maturity levels.
  • Supports new product launches in areas that improve performance after SOP.
  • Works and communicates effectively with technicians, value stream managers, supervisors, plant, and TEF management.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with close interaction with maintenance staff.
  • Working understanding of TPM program requirements and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Exceptional continuous improvement process skills and CIP mindset.
  • Strong proactive, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and Excel.
