CSN Collision, a reputable and family-operated auto repair establishment, is seeking a qualified individual with experience in managing collision repair operations.

The successful candidate will be adept at overseeing the front-end operations of the business, ideally possessing a minimum of 3 years of experience with CCC estimating, while ensuring that technicians are effectively supported with the necessary parts and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility to guarantee that vehicles are restored in accordance with company and insurance standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with insurance providers, ensuring effective communication and monitoring of all work to meet the needs of both customers and insurers.
  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by explaining, monitoring, and enforcing safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Promote effective employee relations within the team.
  • Participate in daily production meetings.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • I-CAR certification is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information.
  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering quality customer service.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be a collaborative team player.
