A1 Body & Glass is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a crucial role in developing accurate repair plans and estimates for our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement repair plans for each vehicle, ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and submit estimates to insurance companies and customers, in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards.
  • Manage and execute repair schedules to ensure timely completion of repairs and minimize downtime for our customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies to resolve any issues or concerns related to repairs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies, and provide input on new procedures and equipment to management.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in CCC Estimating Software is essential for this role.
  • Experience with MITCHELL Estimating is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to develop accurate repair plans and estimates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and insurance companies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
