Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively recommend and promote merchandise to customers.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts, including maintaining store displays, fixtures, and signage to ensure a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and drive business results.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
