Job Summary:

As a Production Specialist, your primary responsibility is to oversee the entire rotational molding process. This includes loading polyethylene resin into molds, monitoring the heating and cooling cycles, and unloading finished products. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring the quality of the parts produced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load polyethylene resin into molds according to production schedules.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal molding conditions.
  • Unload finished products from the oven and inspect for defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Assist with mold changes and equipment maintenance.
  • Track production output and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience operating rotational molding machines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:

The work environment involves exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required.
