At HospiceServe LLC, we provide comfort, support, peace, and dignity to patients and families/loved ones facing serious and life-limiting illnesses. Our team delivers care to patients as assigned by the Case Manager, mindful of the patient's rights to confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer care within the framework of the mission and philosophy of Hospice.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the Case Manager.
  • Participate actively in meeting the goals and objectives of the hospice organization.
  • Perform and document care adhering to the hospice, regulatory body, and nursing standards.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) certification, required.
  • Home Health Aide Certification, Required (KS Only).
  • Previous C.N.A experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care, highly preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic individual, with a genuine desire to provide comfort and support to patients and families/loved ones during a challenging time.
  • Valid driver's license with current automobile insurance.
  • Reliable vehicle.

Compensation and Schedule:

The schedule for this position entails Monday through Friday day shifts. On-call duties, which may include after-hours and weekend work, will be rotated based on location. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and expertise.
