Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices according to schedule.
  • Sweep, dust, and mop floors, and clean fixtures and facilities.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables, and maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and redistributing community laundry, and maintaining the commercial laundry in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored and locked when not in use, and report any needed repairs and supply and equipment needs to the Lead Housekeeper.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
