Position Overview:

OC Welch Ford Lincoln, Inc. is in search of a dedicated and skilled Ford certified Automatic Transmission Technician to join our dynamic service team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent.
  • Possession of a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated experience in the automotive field.
  • A minimum of 2 years working with automatic transmissions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute repairs as detailed in the service order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives of vehicles to ensure proper functioning.
  • Engage with the Service Advisor to relay additional service recommendations and provide customers with time and cost estimates.
  • Complete all assigned tasks promptly while maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Keep the work area organized and adhere to safety protocols.
