Job Description:

As a Clinical Nurse Manager at the Neighborhood Service Organization, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of clinical nurses and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will provide leadership and clinical direction to your team, ensuring that they are following service delivery needs and organization metrics.

">Responsibilities:
  • Supervise clinical nurses and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify and address gaps in staff performance
Requirements:
  • Graduation from Registered Nursing Program
  • Valid State of Michigan RN license
  • 5 years nursing experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
