We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to infants and toddlers with developmental or physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists and Developmental Therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address communication skills and oral motor function.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication and prevent misunderstandings.
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology and current licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- At least two years of experience in pediatric Speech and Language Therapy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing situations.
