Job Title: Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Counsel

Job Summary:

Hanson Bridgett LLP is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Counsel attorney to join the Real Estate Transactional Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of demonstrated experience in real estate transactions on the Lender side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Work with complex debt and equity financing structures
  • Prepare and review purchase and sale transaction documentation
  • Assist with securitized lending, due diligence, and commercial leasing
  • Review and manage title and survey review

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in real estate transactions on the Lender side
  • CA Bar required
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Excellent and highly adaptable communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HUD experience
  • Distinguished academic background
  • Impeccable references
