Job Summary

Lone Star College is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Business Law courses at our Kingwood campus. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for creating engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material. You will also be expected to submit required college reports and forms in a timely manner, utilize a course syllabus for each course, and maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.

This is a part-time, adjunct faculty position, contingent upon student demand. We offer day, evening, and weekend classes, and instructors are required to meet with classes at all scheduled times and be available to students outside of class instruction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Business Law courses at a variety of times and locations
  • Create engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material
  • Submit required college reports and forms in a timely manner
  • Utilize a course syllabus for each course, following established institutional guidelines
  • Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and orientations as required
