  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with management, bartenders, and service staff to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of restaurant experience and/or 2 years of bartending experience in a similar establishment.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and food, as well as basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Certifications: Must be 21 years of age and possess Tips and Food Handlers cards.
Physical Requirements

The Bartender position requires the ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks. You must be physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment, as well as delicate china and glassware, up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time.
