The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction while processing various financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to all customers while performing a variety of transactions.
  • Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals.
  • Maintain a basic working knowledge of Great Southern services and products and refer customers accordingly.
  • Process all teller transactions efficiently and accurately with minimal errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and ensure effective implementation of bank security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 0 to 6 months of related experience or training.
  • Prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
