Job Summary

Ryder is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT QA Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis in a multi-product microservice architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks in an Agile and CI-powered environment.
  • Identify software issues, collaborate with development teams to resolve bugs, and ensure the final product meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop quality scope and strategy, and participate in quality reviews and validation of requirements, architecture diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
  • Produce all required project documentation related to quality activities, and assist with the development of quality strategy and scope.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or technology.
  • Three to five years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, and quality assurance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of testing tools like Selenium, Tosca, Cypress, JMeter, and Load Runner.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Azure DevOps and test manager feature.
  • Understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
