  • **Work Schedule:** 1st shift, 5am-1pm
  • **Compensation:** $27 per hour

**Requirements:**

  • **Previous Manufacturing Experience:** Must have experience in assembling parts, utilizing hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and utilizing precision measurement tools.
  • **Physical Demands:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
  • **Attention to Detail:** Great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • **Cross-Training:** Must be willing to cross-train in other areas.
  • **Overtime:** Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • **Personal Protective Equipment:** Steel-toe boots/shoes required.

**Benefits:**

  • **Sign-On Bonus:** Eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
  • **Wage Increase:** Eligible for a wage increase every 100 days (until top of wage range is reached).
