Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge RF systems that push the boundaries of what is possible. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF systems, including hybrid modules, RF boards, and system-in-package (SiP) solutions
  • Collaborate with system, electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers to ensure successful product design and transition to production
  • Analyze RF measurement data, resolve production design issues, and improve production yields and test times
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in RF/Microwave design and development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience designing multi-layer circuit boards
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Up to 10% travel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agilent ADS or other simulation tools
  • Experience with HFSS, Momentum, or other electromagnetic simulators
  • Experience with RF test and measurement methods: gain, P1dB, noise figure, TOI, adjacent channel rejection, etc
  • Experience with RF test and measurement equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, Noise figure meters, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, etc
  • MSEE degree
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SSBI/SCI
  • AESA/phase array, Radar, SIGINT, or SATCOM experience
